Partner Terms
Last updated: 26 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to anyone who joins Chapara's referral partner programme ("partner"). "Chapara" means Chapara Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17361660.
You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Chapara, and you can't make promises or agreements on Chapara's behalf.
2. Joining
Chapara reviews every application and may accept or decline it. Once approved you get a referral link, a referral code and a QR code. They all identify you, and none of them contain your personal details.
3. How commission is earned
You earn commission only when a business you referred pays for its first campaign with Chapara and that payment has been received in full. Visits to your link, sign-ups and enquiries do not earn anything on their own.
The commission rate or amount that applies to a purchase is the one in force when the business pays. A later change to the rate does not change commission on earlier purchases.
4. Which referrals count
- Each business can have only one referring partner: the first partner whose referral is recorded when the business signs up (or that Chapara records from documented evidence).
- Referring yourself, your own business or a business you own or control does not count.
- A business that was already a Chapara customer, or already in discussions with us before your referral, does not count.
- Chapara may review any referral and decide whether it counts. We will always tell you the reason when one doesn't.
5. When commission is paid
Commission becomes payable after the referred campaign has been delivered, the payment is not under dispute and any review period has passed. It is paid by bank transfer on Chapara's monthly payout date, subject to a minimum payout amount. Dates shown before then are estimates.
6. Refunds, cancellations and corrections
If a referred purchase is refunded, cancelled or disputed, the related commission may be reduced, held or reversed — including, where it has already been paid, by deducting it from future payouts. Every correction is recorded; earlier records are never deleted.
7. How you may promote Chapara
Be honest about what Chapara offers and never promise results, prices or availability we haven't confirmed. Don't send unsolicited marketing that breaks UK law, and don't use Chapara's name or logo in ads or domain names without our written permission.
8. Tax
You are responsible for declaring your commission and paying any tax on it.
9. Pausing and ending
Chapara may pause or end your partner account, with a reason, for example if these terms are broken. You may leave at any time by contacting us. Referrals and commission already recorded are kept and handled under these terms.
10. Your data
We use your details to run the programme and pay you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You will not receive the personal contact details of the businesses you refer.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes don't affect commission on purchases made before the change.
